Halyn Property is an established, but freshly branded, boutique agency specialising in Residential Asset Management and Residential Sales in Perth's Inner-City Suburbs. Our mission is simple: to create an enjoyable working environment for our staff that is profitable, productive and - above all else - rewarding.

We are now looking to grow the team and are seeking a highly motivated Residential Asset Manager.

We are looking for someone to start with end to end management of a small portfolio of well-located properties and deliver a market leading real estate experience, through an exceptional and professional service.

Maybe you are an assistant and ready to take the next step into a portfolio or maybe you are looking to work more flexible hours... we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have minimum 1 year's previous experience working in real estate
  • Hold a current WA Property Management Registration
  • Have a current Driver's License
  • Have the ability and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Provide an asset management service to ensure the best returns for our clients
  • Have polished and professional verbal & written communication skills
  • Be a forward thinker and with a proactive attitude
  • Desire for a career, not just a job
  • Be willing to work in a collaborative team environment
