About the role

We are seeking an intelligent, bright and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team at Dedicated Property Management in South Perth, WA.

This part-time role (with the opportunity to move to full time) will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to our Managing Director, you will be an integral part of our operations, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the MD - including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
  • Assist with the onboarding of new landlords and tenants to our agency
  • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service, in particular to our landlords, contractors and tenants
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and procedures
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other general office duties as required - assistance of the the PM team where needed.

This role will be carried out with the values underpinning everything we do at Dedicated PM - COMMUNICATION - PROACTIVITY - PROFESSIONALISM

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate
  • Property Management and Sales experience in WA residential market is a must. Restricted or Unrestricted Registration will complement the role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach. This is demonstrated through significant experience with a fantastic phone manner, developing rapport with clients and remembering key details pertaining to the client
  • A problem - solver, a solutions focussed team member. The MD will need an experienced property professional to anticipate tasks/strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Suite, Property Me
