We're ENRICH — a boutique, high-performing buyers agency, operating from Perth with 200+ successful property deals.

We're not corporate, and we don't hire passengers.

Now we're looking for a Property Acquisition Manager who's hungry, ambitious, and ready to perform.

What You'll Do (KPIs from Day One)


• 50+ agent calls every day — building strong agent networks.


• Minimum 3 solid property opportunities sourced weekly.


• Fast, accurate due diligence — numbers, checks, and strategy fit.


• Execute tasks with 100% accountability — no follow-up needed.


• a minimum of support 6-8 client deals per month end-to-end.

• Confidence on the phone and with agents.


• WA real estate license (or willing to get it).


• Property background (sales, PM, BA) is a bonus.


• Long-term commitment — this is not a stepping stone.
