At Capital Transport, we're Australia's largest and fastest-growing courier and taxi truck business, delivering tailored B2B transport and logistics solutions. We're looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Site Operations Officer to oversee daily operations at one of our key client sites.  

Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on and highly organised Site Operations Officer to lead daily operations at one of our key client sites. This permanent role is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day transport operations at the client site

  • Manage staffing levels and ensure resources match demand

  • Oversee stock handling – receiving, dispatching, and staging

  • Schedule jobs to maximise productivity and service delivery

  • Maintain high standards in driver presentation, dispatch compliance, and communication

  • Enforce HSEQ policies and ensure safety and quality standards are met
