We are seeking a capable and hands-on Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced $600k office fit out project, scheduled to commence in September/October. The role requires someone who can take initiative, work independently, and act as the first point of contact on site, while collaborating closely with the builder's foreman.

- Oversee budget and cost control
- Handle contracts and procurement processes
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
- Lead site coordination and daily operations
- Interpret and manage design drawings / design coordination
- Drive project handover and closeout
- Full-time, on-site presence
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- Hands-on and knowledgeable with fit out delivery
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Able to represent the business as the key on-site contact
- Initial interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
