About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll lead day-to-day operations at ou
r Katunga
site. Reporting to the Northern Region Operations Manager, you will drive site performance, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure production, growing, harvesting, and crop care activities meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This is
a critical leadership ro
le requiring on-call availability (24/7) to respond to operational needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications
    in Horticulture, Agriculture, Busi
    ness, or a related field (desirable).Mini
    mum 5 years' operational leadership experi
    ence, managing a large workforce within dynamic operations.
  • Solid understanding
    of Fair Work legisla
    tion, modern awards, and employment relations (highly regarded).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven ability to lead change, build strong teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • High energy, strong judgment, and a passion for innovation and improvement
