Position Overview:

We are looking for happy, friendly and diligent individuals to join our team as Game Site Operators. As a Game Site Operator, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for assisting and running 'Saboteurs' games at various events, including birthday parties, corporate team-building events, and more. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our games run smoothly, providing participants with a fantastic and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Preparation: Assist in setting up the game space, including arranging props, equipment, and decorations according to the event's theme.
  • Game Facilitation: Oversee and facilitate the game, ensuring participants understand their roles and tasks. Answer questions and provide guidance throughout the game.
  • Player Engagement: Interact with participants, create a fun and engaging atmosphere, and encourage teamwork and communication among players.
  • Problem Solving: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to maintain the flow of the game.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by enforcing safety guidelines and responding to emergencies or concerns.
  • Game Set up and Pack down: Assist in packing up equipment, cleaning the game space, and returning props and materials to their storage.
