What you will be responsible for: 
• Lead sales operations: Oversee sales coordination, administration, and frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Champion CRM & technology: Be the in-house CRM expert, driving adoption, reporting, insights, and process automation.
• Enable go-to-market success: Coordinate GTM activities with Product and Marketing, ensuring seamless execution of launches, campaigns, and enablement programs.
• Deliver sales training & onboarding: Build capability through structured training, onboarding, and knowledge management systems.
• Drive performance insights: Own sales analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboards to guide decision-making and execution.
• Support revenue operations: Contribute to territory planning, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Business Services to align strategy and execution  
What we're looking for: 
• Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial or Sales Enablement within a B2B sales environment (multi-territory/national exposure desirable)
• CRM expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM or similar – with a passion for adoption and reporting.
• Analytical mindset: Skilled at working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to extract actionable insights.
• Commercial acumen: Ability to identify growth opportunities and support sales execution strategies.
• Leadership experience: A natural motivator who can guide, coach, and manage sales coordination roles effectively.
• Collaborative communicator: Works constructively across teams and functions to achieve shared business outcomes.
• Growth mindset: Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven by continuous improvement.
