The Role
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries providing outstanding customer service.
- Provide accurate event information, guidance and recommendations, and an ability to complete the sale.
- High level of attention to detail when processing customer orders in our CRM.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for our customers throughout the booking process and beyond.
Our Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role.
- Experience in sports or travel sales is beneficial, but not essential.
- A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a polished and professional demeanor.
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- An understanding, interest, or background in the sporting world.
