The Role

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries providing outstanding customer service.
  • Provide accurate event information, guidance and recommendations, and an ability to complete the sale.
  • High level of attention to detail when processing customer orders in our CRM.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for our customers throughout the booking process and beyond.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role.
  • Experience in sports or travel sales is beneficial, but not essential.
  • A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • An understanding, interest, or background in the sporting world.
