**Your Role Purpose & Objective**

Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries that request more information about joining the business platform, communicate the key benefits of the web based advertising new customers will receive as a member of the platform.

You know you are successful when you are converting a high volume of customers, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, you’re able to use your expertise on the platforms product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.

**How you will add value**
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)
- Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls (essential)
- Explaining the key benefits of platform with potential clients
- Handling customers objections (essential)
- Closing the sale and signing up new members
- Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge
- Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met
- Effective note taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system

**Your Experience**
- Experience in a phone based role taking a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working to sales targets and KPI’s.

**Who you will be working with**
- Working alongside a strong, established sales team
