About the role:Our client is trusted by consumers as a GLOBAL LEADER in after-sales care across consumer electronics and home appliances. They provide flexible solutions for rapid repair, replacement, or upgrade.
As a Account Manager, you will be the face of our business, working closely with our client to manage expectations including stakeholder management, team performance, KPI delivery, and process enhancement to ensure executional excellence in delivering our clients' objectives for their customer service program.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Establishing relationships with internal stakeholders and working closely with external clients as a primary point of contact for the program.
- Ensuring the team is adequately resourced to achieve targets and service levels through planning and forecasting.
- Primarily responsible for the delivery of daily support functions working closely with Team leaders, training and quality assurance.
- Initiating and drive continuous improvement by analysing data and reporting to our client and internal stakeholders.
About you:
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports and provide insights/recommendations.
- Excellent team player and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced level project management and administrative skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
