with a heavy focus on Microsoft 365 and some GSuite/AWS/MacOS thrown in to keep you guessing. Our tech stack looks something like:
· Standard MSP Tools (TacticalRMM, HaloPSA, Notion, TeamViewer)
· Microsoft Intune/Entra
· Various cyber tools
· SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
· Misc. Networking Hardware (Unifi focus)
· Google Workspace and MacOS (Kandji)
Our solutions are very focused on secure outcomes through cloud-based systems, removing technical debt, and on-prem infrastructure, and industry best practice such as CIS Controls, NIST, and ISO Got the buzz words in). We also do GRC – Google it before bed...insomnia cured.
OK - What's the job?
We're seeking an individual to join our (currently) small tech team, with a focus on ticketing and low-touch project deliverables. You'll be the front-line contact for incoming tickets, calls and onsites, though you'll have the opportunity to work on larger projects as well.
Ideally you are:
· Self-motivated with a passion for Tech
· Knowledgeable within the Microsoft and Google Workspace ecosystem (and beyond)
· Process oriented and punctual.
· Experienced in the MSP world.
· Passionate about helping people and customer service.
