**Description**:
About this Opportunity
The MSP Talent Partner delivers value-add talent services for their respective business areas and locations including activities to support CXC’s Workforce Exchange (WEX) program. The MSP Talent Partner will work in conjunction with the Talent Solutions team and CXC Client Service Managers, Specialists and Advisors to develop a detailed understanding of CXC’s clients and develop innovative talent solutions to their client’s current and future contingent workforce requirements, delivering a best-in-class talent service which meets and exceeds the SLAs.

What You'll Be Doing
MSP Delivery

Manage delivery of MSP services for named clients
Develop level of competence in VMS and CXC systems to support Suppliers and Hiring Managers
Engagement and management of supplier partners including role distribution, interview coordination and offer management

Relationship Management

Establish and develop relationships across the business including key stakeholders
Establish and develop relationships across CXC including Client Services Managers, Specialists & Advisors

Other

Support the successful delivery of WEX solutions to client stakeholders
Assist the promotion of the Workforce Exchange program across MSP clients, corporate accounts

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who We're Looking For

Strong talent expertise within an in-house, on-site or agency capacity. Previous MSP recruitment an advantage
Strong knowledge of HR and talent related legislation, principles, best practices, assessment tools and compliance requirements
Proven track record in leveraging a variety of sourcing channels and strategies to attract diverse talent
Experience working with ATS, VMS or RMS products/systems
