We're partnering with a high-growth global SaaS player (IT security & compliance for MSPs) that's building out their ANZ presence. They're searching for a
Microsoft 365 expert
to be the technical face of the business in Sydney, supporting MSPs pre-sale and post-sale, but with a primary focus on
pre-sales discovery & technical workshops
.
This is a founding hire in the region, with scope to shape technical strategy and grow into leadership as the APAC team scales.
What you'll do:
- Act as the go-to
M365 expert
for MSPs - Lead technical workshops & commercial discovery sessions
- Support sales cycles as the trusted technical partner (no quota)
- Guide post-sale deployments of M365 policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption
- Influence APAC technical function during international expansion
What you bring:
- 3+ years in a partner/MSP environment
- 2+ years in M365 design & deployment (policy management focus)
- Strong knowledge of
Entra / Azure AD, Intune, Defender - Problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes
Nice to have:
- MS-900 or MS-102 certifications
- Confidence to act as an industry voice in M365 policy standardisation
