
Administrator/ Coordinator

Reporting to the Office Manager and working as part of the broader Operations Team, the Office Administrator-Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of organisational and operational administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices
- Managing rostering and scheduling
- Coordinating travel and personnel deployment to remote locations and customer sites
- Performing data entry tasks and overlooking reports
- Source and procure parts and materials from approved suppliers
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Prepare and book deliveries with couriers and transport providers
- Overseeing office inventory management
- Ensuring compliance and monitoring employee training
- Undertaking other administrative duties as required
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage unplanned tasks while maintaining focus on scheduled work
- Ability to follow strict processes while also adapting to ad-hoc tasks and using initiative when required
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience using MYOB, including raising purchase orders (POs)
Employment Type: Full-time
Hours: 4-5 days per week (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday standard business hours
Location: On-site in Wangara, WA
Work from Home: Not available due to the nature of the role
