What You'll Do

As our Junior Administration Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing emails, scheduling, and correspondence.

Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and filing.

Supporting project coordination and liaising with team members.

Providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure everything stays on track.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

Minimum 1+ years of experience in an administration role.

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a bonus).


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate Excel skills preferred

Intermediate level Excel proficiency is essential for this role.

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.


• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights


• Year 12 completion or equivalent qualification (Certificate III in Business Administration preferred)


• Interest in or basic understanding of the construction/building industry (training provided)
