Key responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives to engage clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients, institutions and expand the business.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Ideally Have

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales in education industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and results-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
