We are seeking an experienced Building Inspector / Operations Manager to join our growing consultancy. You will be overseeing the daily operations of the business, managing staff, and ensuring inspections and reporting are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:      

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across all inspection projects     Supervise and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output

Conduct building inspections, prepare detailed reports, and liaise with clients     Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations      

Assist with business development and client relationship managementRequirements:  Degree in Engineering or Building (essential)      

Strong knowledge and experience with Class 2 buildings     

Proven background in building inspections, reporting, and insurance-related work

Leadership/management experience (staff and operations)      

Excellent communication and organisational skills
