**About the Opportunity**

The Data Capability & Adoption Lead role will work across the organisation to reduce the consumption gap between the production of analytics/data products and decisions made across the business.

We have a desire to be a customer and data led organisation and have recently set up a new function to ideate, develop the strategy for and execute a roadmap for this exciting area. - Drive the adoption of tools and data products within the business, particularly merchandising and operations in conjunction with product delivery teams
- Develop the functional capability matrix for roles within the data & analytics team and supports the development of the function through training programmes and community building
- Support the delivery of the strategic roadmap for data-led transformation and partner with internal comms teams to communicate delivery against the plan
- Senior stakeholder engagement (Exec and direct reports level) to determine data literacy gaps across the enterprise at all levels from practitioners to senior leaders.
- Facilitation and building of a strategic data literacy initiative to close these gaps and support positioning Endeavour as a data-informed business.
- Building alignment with our L&D team to ensure data literacy is a core capability built for Endeavour and receives the right investment and support from P&C.
- Identifying external strategic partners to build training, case studies and coaching to support the delivery identified below.
- Deliver Endeavor's data literacy capability roadmap to increase data literacy across all parts of our business in conjunction with L&D and external partners.
- Develop a suite of data literacy & enablement metrics to baseline our current position and measure progress towards being a data-led organisation.

Data-led transformation is a new tribe within our strategy and transformation team. We are currently a small team but with ambitions & plans to grow significantly over the next 12-18 months.

This role sits alongside a number of product manager roles in the tribe and is a key leadership role within the new tribe. The role will collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the business including tribes and squads within data-led transformation & EndeavourX, our merchandising teams, operations teams and support functions. The key measures for the role will be how data literate the organisation becomes and how easily tools created are embedded in business decision making

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 7 years of building organisational capability and driving change across technical and non-technical teams
- Relevant experience/exposure to data science, big data, and/or analytics is advantageous
- Prior experience in scoping & developing training programs with internal and external partners
- Previous experience and demonstrated results in building enterprise-wide capability
- Proven experience in developing innovative strategic partnerships internally and externally
- Experience in developing capability matrices and building communities internally and externally
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with significant experience of managing C suite executives and functional leads.
