Women's Wholesale Fashion Online Sales Specialist

Style State is a leading Australian fashion wholesaler with a reputable history of over 30 years. We stock Australia wide and globally to several thousand stockists including well known online retailers such as Showpo, Petal & Pup, City Beach, Runway Scout and Charcoal Clothing, to name a few.

**We offer generous weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses/incentives and believe in rewarding for high performance. Annual salary (based on experience) plus Superannuation and unlimited bonus per week if weekly target is achieved, on average potential of earning up to $200-$500+ paid out on a weekly basis with wages (amounts to $15-20k+ potential annual bonus). In addition to weekly bonus, we also have achievable monthly team bonuses and yearly bonuses.**

**The position is available for full time only at our Surry Hills showroom office in the heart of the fashion wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.**

**About the role**
- Interacting with our online customer community by selling products through social media channels such as Instagram and Facebook
- Daily live videos focusing on recommending styles to customers using excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers of online and physical store retailers
- Customer service via in the showroom and online, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
- Generating a sales strategy to create conversion online through our website
- Communicating with all customer accounts on a weekly basis
- Processing orders and creating invoices
- Providing feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
- Merchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displays
- Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's

**Requirements**:

- Confidence in engaging with customers through online platforms
- Ability to upsell styles in a live video format
- Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
- Possesses excellent communication and people skills
- Has the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
- Proven sales experience
- Be self
- motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude

**You are required to have at least 2 year of customer service experience.**
