The role
You'll turn quality briefs into confirmed bookings, building trusted relationships with event organisers, bureaus and corporate clients while collaborating closely with our speakers and agents.
What you'll do
- Respond to inbound speaker enquiries and match the right talent to each brief
- Build and nurture pipelines across sectors and regions
- Write persuasive, tailored proposals and follow up to convert
- Keep CRM activity tight and handovers seamless
- Partner with speakers/agents to ensure outstanding delivery
You'll thrive here if you
- Bring 2–5+ years in business development, account management or event sales
- Have specific experience in business development or event sales within your professional background
- Are proactive, results-driven and comfortable with targets
- Communicate with polish across phone, email and in person
- Are confident with senior stakeholders (CMOs, HR leaders, Event Managers)
- Can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
- Love storytelling, big ideas and helping people grow
Nice to have
- Experience in a speaker agency, events company, or talent/media environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- A creative edge for proposals and pitching
