Today, we proudly employ up to 30 specialist operators and staff across the country, backed by a dedicated Safety and Training team that works tirelessly to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate tractors, mowers, loaders, sprayers, fertilising equipment, and other landscaping machinery to mow, trim, and maintain turf areas;
  • Safely operate implements such as Verti-drains, corers, slicers, and top dressers to enhance turf health and presentation;
  • Load and secure plant equipment for transport and travel to and from job sites;
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and others on the job site; and
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating tractors, mowers, and other landscaping equipment (desirable);
  • HR Licence and White Card (required);
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transportation;
  • Proven ability to safely operate a variety of machinery, tools, and implements;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality work;
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour in various weather conditions; and
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
