About the Role

As a General Hand, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing public spaces. Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Ride-on mowing & tractor operation
  • Whipper snipping & leaf blowing
  • Pruning, weeding, hedging, mulching & waste removal
  • Chainsaw use & spraying
  • General landscaping and garden mantenance

What We're Looking For

  • Confident using hand gardening tools
  • Comfortable with weed spraying techniques
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid C Class Driver's Licence
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
  • Clean police clearance

Desirable Skills & Tickets

  • Horticulture or Conservation Land Management certification
  • Chainsaw & spray tickets
  • Tractor/slasher & ride-on mower experience
  • MR/HR licence
