As the Paid Performance Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok to help bring this vision to life. In this role you'll assist in building campaigns, monitoring performance, and ensuring daily execution is aligned with marketing goals and brand standards.
This role would suit an analytical, organized, and performance-driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Working closely with wider marketing team to create paid performance calendar that supports all collection launches, core product promotions and wider campaigns through paid channels.
- Briefing, building and launching campaign/ad sets in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Uploading and trafficking creative assets with correct specs and tracking.
- Ensuring accurate campaign settings, audience targeting, placements, and budget pacing.
- Monitoring campaign metrics daily (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and flagging trends.
- Making tactical optimizations (e.g., pausing poor performers, adjusting budgets or bids).
- Supporting A/B testing initiatives across ad copy, creative formats, and audiences.
About you:
- 1–3 years' experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of key paid media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail — comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets to manipulate data.
- Familiarity with UTM parameters, URL tracking, and campaign tagging.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Solid communication skills — able to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Experience managing or contributing to a centralized marketing calendar and coordinating campaign timelines.
- Familiarity with campaign performance metrics and ability to analyze and report on campaign success in partnership with marketing ops or analytics.
- Bonus: experience with HTML/CSS for email, SMS platforms, loyalty programs, or push notifications.
