ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We continue to see strong growth in both existing and new markets, we’re searching a Paid Media Coordinator to help drive our CFD & Invest products across APAC & CA.
This role will suit a hands-on tech savvy individual who is comfortable executing across the Google stack, working with new processes, managing multiple stakeholders, and achieving successful business outcomes.
We’re looking for a Paid Media Coordinator with approx. 2 years’ experience to help drive our regional acquisition and brand strategy with proven experience in PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic & Affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build and deliver acquisition & brand lead campaigns across APAC & CA.
- Optimise and oversee PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic campaign performance.
- Pro-actively assist in driving strategies and tactics that improve efficiencies and deliver optimisation across the markets.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure all channels are elevated and achieve the best omni channel approach.
- Provide actionable tactical recommendation based on trends and key insights.
- Support in reporting and monitor performance of activities and campaigns as required.
- Work with Data Scientist, CRM and Brand Managers to identify key segment audiences per campaign.
- Work with the Creative and Brand teams to ensure channel specific creative.
- Liaise with Group functions (legal, compliance etc.) to ensure all acquisition activities are compliant with local regulation and in accordance with internal policies.
- Support in documenting best practice guides, socialize scenarios and advocate a performance approach.
- Support in managing the annual APAC & CA marketing budgets ensuring it is allocated appropriately to drive both brand and performance.
- Support key strategic initiatives and growth strategies.
- Other ad hoc marketing supportive tasks as required.
General responsibilities:
- Support the Paid Media Manager with planning, reporting and relevant budget management.
- Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role and changing digital landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the APAC region.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must haves:
- 2 years in PPC, Paid Social & Programmatic marketing.
- Hands-on skills across the Google Stack (Google AdWords & Meta).
- Understanding of the digital landscape with knowledge of how affiliate and programmatic buying works.
- Driven to be a thought leader and want to build infrastructure, enhance capabilities and challenge current setup.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organisation both technical and non-technical.
