The Role

They are looking for a Paid Search Executive to join this award-winning team From hands-on with campaign strategy, translating technical jargon such as ROAS, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR and more to clients who require your expertise, and supporting their business growth with impactful performance data, having real influence over client success.

You will work as the go-to Google Ads Specialist for clients and internal teams, present strategies, results, and recommendations with clarity and confidence, and help advise clients on best practices for improving funnel performance and maximising media efficiency

Given the nature of the agency, you will be nurtured and supported by a SEM Manager who will guide you through the nitty-gritty in this role for you to be successful.

Mentorship will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan, launch, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping.
  • Develop keyword strategies, audience targeting, bidding approaches, and budget allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Ensure campaigns are structured for efficiency and aligned with client objectives.
  • Continuously monitor performance, identify trends, and apply data-driven optimisations.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and industry trends to test and apply new opportunities.
  • Identify and implement scaling strategies to grow accounts sustainably.
  • Collaborate with cross-channel teams (SEO, Social, CRO) to ensure campaigns support the broader marketing ecosystem.

Who You Are

You're someone with 1-2+ years of digital marketing agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with solid knowledge in Google Ads. More importantly, you enjoy taking charge of SEM channel as you work with different platform specialists, and use your knowledge, creativity & care to solve interesting problems
