The Cafe Distributors is a family run business offering exceptional customer service to clients in Newcastle, Central Coast, Hunter Valley, and across Australia. The business is rapidly growing. Our warehouse distribution centre and delivery service has an excellent reputation and is integral to our customer experience

This is a dynamic role, and we need somebody with maturity, experience and initiative. Somebody who is self driven  and can identify what needs to be done and make it happen

Working with a committed team, your role will include

  • General admin roles, including responding to phone enquiries
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and Couriers
  • Create and maintain data bases
  • Process online orders,
  • Monitor and update websites
  • Assist in preparing marketing material
  • Assist with Inventory Control
  • General Cleaning of the office space
  • Pick and Pack Orders when required
  • Vehicle drop offs and local delivery run when required

The successful applicant will possess:

  • relevant experience in an administrative role providing a high level of customer service in a busy environment.
  • Great organisational skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Computer skills including sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and internet based platforms
  • Experience with inventory software
  • The ability to work as part of a close knit team and be flexible with duties;
  • Reliable and self motivated
  • Car license
