The Opportunity:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our RTC Administration team in Beresfield. This role provides an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality administrative support, gain exposure to executive support and get creative through marketing and social media. Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, you will be an integral part of a small but dynamic team, supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business functions, and helping us "set the standard" in all that we do.
Key Duties:
- Provide general administrative, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Monitor and respond to inbound phone calls, directing calls and relaying messages professionally.
- Deliver executive support through calendar management, inbox monitoring, preparing meeting packs, minutes, action registers, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with fleet and property administration, office supplies management, and general errands.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and workshops.
- Lead marketing support, liaising with external providers/designers, coordinating and scheduling social media posts, and maintaining website content.
- Liaise with external agencies such as real estate and insurance brokers.
Essential Requirements:
- A current Driver's Licence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, friendly approach with strong customer service and phone manner.
