Mint Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist who is confident front-of-house and able to assist chairside when needed. This is a primarily reception-based role, with the flexibility to support the clinical team during busy times or staff shortages.

About the Role
  • Primary focus on reception and patient care
  • Step into dental assisting duties when required
  • Full-time positions available
  • Based mainly at our Armadale clinic
  • Work within structured systems and protocols (training provided)
  • Be part of a welcoming, supportive team with Principal Dentists who value your contribution
Your Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in dental reception/administration
  • Knowledge of Exact dental software (preferred, but training provided)
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
  • Professional presentation and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Chairside assisting experience and strong knowledge of infection control standards (so you can step in when required)
