Experienced Dental Receptionist/Assistant- Clyde North and/or Drouin

Our Clyde North Dental team is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Receptionist/Assistant with a minimum 2 years of dental experience. Must be able to perform both reception and chairside duties confidently. This is a part-time position with opportunity to add more hours down the track. Must be available to work alternate Saturdays and late nights on either a Wednesday or Thursday.

Dental experience in both reception and chairside is mandatory.

Clyde north dental is an established modern 3 chair general dental practice located in south eastern suburb of Melbourne. Our clinic serves a wide range of dental services to local community of Clyde North and surrounding suburbs utilising the latest digital technologies - including scanner and CBCT. We pride ourselves on our collaborative and team-focused culture. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.

What you need for this role:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our valued patients with a positive attitude

  • Be a team player who has a caring and friendly nature

  • Able to work in surgery and reception confidently.

  • Able to convert phone calls successfully into appointments.
  • Book patient appointments and coordinate logistics such as forms, lab work and deposits etc
  • Process all payments through D4W and hicaps.
  • Available to work Saturdays and late nights
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the practice and eagerness to improve/accept guidance
  • Reliable, mature, and strong sense of responsibility
  • Highly organised
  • Initiative, time-management skills, and flexibility
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, fluent in English
  • Neatly dressed
  • D4W software knowledge preferred
  • keeping stock list
