About the Opportunity

Join a 20+ years' established, Australian-owned, leader in their space and rapidly expanding company that's revolutionizing how distributors sell high-end interior and exterior building products.

They're seeking a driven individual to spearhead their growth across QLD - working with owner-operated distributors to drive new business and expand existing relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Start with 3 months of comprehensive internal sales training, working closely with their successful QLD-based Sales Manager and team
  • Transition to field-based territory management, conducting face-to-face meetings with distributor partners
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop compelling business cases for new and existing clients
  • Leverage their cutting-edge technology platform and superior logistics to win new business and expand existing account spends
  • Build strong relationships with small-to-medium business owners who value partnership and results

Experience You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales (internal or external) or customer support, with a strong desire to further your B2B sales career
  • Building products industry experience is NOT required - drive, coachability, and ambition are what matter most
  • A "hunter" mindset with strong financial motivation and career ambition
  • Clear, confident, positive and engaging communication / presentation
  • Coachable mindset with genuine hunger for success
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts
  • Background in sports, martial arts, or other disciplines that demonstrate drive and discipline (highly valued)
  • Full working rights, a valid Australian drivers license and ability to travel for face-to-face meetings
