What You'll Do

  • Process a wide range of sales orders with care and accuracy
  • Manage customer inquiries from start to finish, ensuring they feel supported
  • Work closely with the wider team to maintain a reliable and responsive service
  • Follow up on quotes, assist with product recommendations, and coordinate deliveries
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with both new and existing customers
  • Identify opportunities using customer data and support ongoing business growth
  • Help customers post-sale with any follow-up support or questions

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. HubSpot) and digital tools
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • A proactive, reliable approach and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
