Rosh-Tech is a leading technology managed service provider. Established for 33 years the company provides IT support services in SE Queensland and Northern NSW.

We are undergoing growth and need a go-getter to join our team ASAP.

We are seeking a friendly, experienced and client-focused Administration & Sales Support Officer to join our team in our Brisbane head office. Our sales team sells Managed IT, Voice and Print services contracts to local businesses.

While the role is admin and sales support focused, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a technical environment.

Your enthusiastic nature will add to the positive atmosphere of our office and reflect the company's core values. Your administration and accounts responsibilities will include:

  1. Processing quotes and orders
  2. Answering customers enquiries
  3. Coordinating supplier deliveries
  4. Microsoft 365 renewals
  5. Managing support contracts
  6. Follow ups on outstanding orders
  7. Provisioning new computers

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with solving technical and logistical problems daily. You will use our support platform to program support contracts and link quotes and orders that enable our service delivery teams to roll out and implement support contracts and projects.

Successful candidates will have:

  • IT background with a solid understanding of computer networks and business technology (phones, printers, IT)
  • Strong computer skills especially with Office 365
  • Professional personal presentation and communication skills
  • Previous experience (min 1 year) in a similar role within the IT or Tech industry is an advantage
  • Exceptional organisational ability & attention to detail
  • Be punctual, reliable and enthusiastic.
  • Answering phone calls and directing appropriately
