Toyota Parramatta is located in the heart of Parramatta and is a well-known, established and successful dealership for the Toyota & Lexus brands.  Over the past months, our Fleet team has grown in volume and market position with an exciting trajectory for ongoing success.  To continue our growth in Fleet solutions, we are seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant to be responsible for increasing our sales volumes and building additional account relationships. Working Mon-Fri based out of our Church Street location, the role is responsible for field sales and relevant administration, providing customer service excellence to our clients by responding to their requests in an efficient and timely manner and seeking out new customers with whom to build Fleet relationships. The role supports the Fleet Manager and existing team in maintaining existing customers and maximising business opportunities.

Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the role is responsible for…

  • Proactively seeking Fleet customer opportunities and building upon existing Fleet customer relationships.
  • Responding to all customer requests professionally, ensuring that all tasks including quotations are completed accurately and within the KPI's
  • Providing resolution of any customer enquiries including quotations, vehicle orders, general enquiries
  • Running, analysing and distributing monthly fleet reports to management
  • Operating as a team player to ensure customer Fleet targets and customer satisfaction is met.

To be successful in this role you need…

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Consultant, preferably working with high volumes and KPIs.
  • A proactive approach, able to identify new opportunities and a proven ability to convert leads to Sales
  • Excellent verbal communication & rapport building skills
  • High levels of numeracy and organisation, able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Intermediate proficiency across the MS office suite
  • Knowledge of Leasing products and services would be an advantage.
