I am sourcing on behalf of my client, a automotive dealership based in Australia Parramatta, for the following role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including stock rotation, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and manufacturers.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to maximize overall dealership performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Solid understanding of vehicle financing, trade-in processes, and dealership operations.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
