THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Administration team through a 12-month Business Administration Traineeship. This role provides hands-on training and the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining valuable industry experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry
  • Handling phone enquiries
  • Accounts payable and receivable preparation
  • Filing and archiving
  • Banking and mail
  • Stationery management
  • General administration support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
