We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Administration Assistant to provide efficient day-to-day support for our Wodonga depot.
We are looking for someone with the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a willingness to undertake a variety of administration tasks, and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.
JJ's is an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
This position is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer service focus; answering telephones and email enquiries promptly and professionally
- General administration and office support
- Processing of data accurately and efficiently within required timeframes
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as required
- Other duties as requested
ABOUT YOU
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standard
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
- Detail orientated, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in office software and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitasks and prioritise workload
