Role Overview:

We're on the lookout for a
Strategy Specialist
to join our chronically online team in Australia.

If you love diving into audience insights, spotting trends before they hit the main feed, and turning big ideas into scroll-stopping campaigns with creators at the forefront - this one's for you. You'll help shape smart, creative strategies that connect brands with their audiences in meaningful (and measurable) ways.

You'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to bring fresh thinking and sharp ideas to every brief, making sure Fabulate stays ahead of the curve - and that every campaign hits the mark.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy Development

  • Develop integrated, cross-channel campaign strategies that align with client briefs and Fabulate's business objectives.
  • Dig into audience research to uncover insights that shape strong, actionable strategies.
  • Lead creative and strategic brainstorms to bring ideas to life.

Trend Analysis & Insight

  • Stay across what's happening (from industry shifts to cultural trends and consumer behaviour) and turn those insights into strategic opportunities.
  • Build and maintain inspiring trend decks that keep our internal teams informed, inspired, and ahead of the game.

Content Strategy & Optimisation

  • Craft content strategies that keep Fabulate's tone of voice and brand messaging consistent across every touchpoint.
  • Oversee content ideation and mockups, translating strategies into creative concepts that hit the mark.
  • Review campaign performance, identify what worked (and what didn't), and use those insights to optimise future work.

Talent & Creator Strategy

  • Research and source creators who align with campaign objectives and audience insights.
  • Support the team in shaping creator strategies that bring campaigns to life through authentic, credible storytelling.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in campaign strategy - from insight and ideation through to execution.
  • A sharp analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for storytelling through decks.
  • A creative thinker who can balance big-picture ideas with detail-oriented strategy.
