THE ROLE:
- Working closely with a team of experienced liability claims managers, you will manage claims from end to end.
- Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for claims strategies
- Ensuring the best possible outcome in all areas: QA, Customer, Quality, and Financial
- Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers
- Conducting investigations regarding liability and medical issues
- Collaborating with all stakeholders
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced in managing liability claims
- Legal qualifications preferred
- Knowledgeable in managing litigated claims
- A solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and the Insurance Contracts Act
- Confident interpersonal/communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- End-to-end claims management experience
