Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Zone Specialist, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Retail Zone Specialist will oversee the daily operations and performance of designated retail zones, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, training and motivating staff, as well as analyzing sales data to meet performance goals. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organized retail environment while addressing customer needs and resolving concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and resolve issues effectively
  • Merchandising, inventory management, and retail operations expertise to ensure effective store performance
  • Leadership and team collaboration abilities for supervising and motivating retail teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret sales data and implement improvement strategies
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential
  • Time management and multitasking skills to handle various operational responsibilities
  • Experience in a retail environment preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in retail management or a related field is advantageous
