We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our community – in person, over the phone, and online. You will provide accurate information, assist with a wide range of enquiries, and play a vital role in the daily operations of our Customer Service Centre. You will also work as part of a supportive team on a rotational roster that values collaboration, flexibility, and service excellence.

Whether you are helping someone lodge a request, process a payment, or find the right department, your focus on professionalism and care will make a real difference in the community.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or call centre environments.

  • Strong keyboard and data entry skills.

  • Previous experience in cash handling, administration, and using technology within a Customer Service Centre setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult customers both face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism and composure.

  • A strong understanding of the principles of effective teamwork and collaboration.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with tact, confidentiality, and discretion.
