As a front-line representative, the officer must present themselves professionally, being polite and courteous at all times. Assertiveness is necessary to ask customers questions and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Key duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Educating customers about ticketing products and our network
  • Participating in community outreach programs or events
  • Ensuring customers have paid for services
  • Issuing Penalty Infringement and Warning Notices
  • Enhancing passenger and driver safety through a visible presence on bus services
  • Completing daily reports on activities and incidents
