About this Rewarding Role

As a Plan Manager, you will be a compassionate guide for our customers, helping them navigate their NDIS journey with confidence. In this role, you will:

  • Be a friendly, knowledgeable voice over the phone, helping customers understand their NDIS funding and supports.
  • Build trusting and meaningful relationships, empowering customers to achieve their plan goals.
  • Act as an advocate, liaising with support providers and the NDIA to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
  • Help us find better ways to support our community by sharing your insights and ideas.

A Day in Your Life might include:

  • Assisting customers over the phone to understand how they can use their funding to achieve their goals.
  • Resolving queries from customers and support providers with care and professionalism.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring customer information is kept up-to-date.
  • Welcoming new customers and guiding them through their onboarding process, setting them up for success from day one.

  • While NDIS knowledge is a bonus, a willingness to learn is essential. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
