We're looking for an accomplished ERP Project Manager to lead a major ERP transformation within a food manufacturing organisation.

This role will suit a hands-on project leader who can drive delivery, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of a modern ERP solution, potentially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery – from planning and execution to post-go-live support.
  • Oversee the Finance and Supply Chain workstreams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes and mitigate risks.
  • Define and track project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Change and Training teams to ensure business readiness.
  • Report project progress, issues, and milestones to the Steering Committee and Executive Sponsors.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Supply Chain processes in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-phase ERP projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred; Agile experience an advantage.
  • Based in Brisbane with ability to work hybrid (3–4 days onsite).
