Warehouse Administrator

Superstock Food Services is a complete food distributor with over 6,500 stocked lines from frozen, chiller, dry & packaging. We service many food outlets in WA including Hospitals, Hotels, Cafes, Restaurants, Taverns, Pubs, Caterers, Lunch Bars and Bakeries.

We are a WA family owned business and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. Operating from our facility in North-link business estate, Gnangara and due to ongoing growth we require a Warehouse Administrator to join our Afternoon shift.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator with experience operating high reach forklifts, proficiency in voice picking and RF scanning, and basic computer skills. This role will begin with training during the morning shift to ensure full proficiency in responsibilities before transitioning to the evening shift.

The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for daily delivery run routing, collaborating with the Logistics Team to ensure compliance with all routes. This role also involves labelling and managing short picks, as well as handling any replenishments needed to fulfill orders in preparation for invoicing. Additionally, you will support the afternoon shift by managing Nexus and Navigator systems and assisting the Afternoon Shift Team Leader in promoting efficiency and timely operations. All duties will be performed in accordance with Superstock policies, procedures, and work instructions.

The successful candidate will have a completion-driven work ethic and a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure all tasks are completed for morning dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Utilize voice picking and RF scanning for inventory management.
• Manage daily delivery run routing in collaboration with the Logistics Team.
• Label and manage short picks, ensuring accurate inventory.
• Handle replenishments as needed to fulfill orders for invoicing.
• Support the afternoon shift by managing Nexus and Navigator systems, including invoicing.
• Assist the Afternoon Shift Team Leader to promote efficiency and timely operations.
• Adhere to Superstock policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts.
• Valid LF licence required for high reach forklift operation.
• Familiarity with voice picking and RF scanning systems.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes is a plus.
• Australian work rights are required for this position.

Hours of work: This position operates from 6 PM to 2 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
