Warehouse Storeperson / Administrator

Location: Bibra Lake, WA (with work required at Forrestdale site)

Forte Logistics is a growing logistics, warehousing, and handling provider based in Bibra Lake. We're seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Administrator to join our expanding team.

This hands-on role combines warehouse operations with administrative support, offering variety and stability for someone who enjoys both physical work and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load containers safely and efficiently
  • Manage warehouse stock and inventory control across Bibra Lake and Forrestdale sites
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate records
  • Handle goods inwards and outwards documentation
  • Assist with Forrestdale stock management and support unloading or stocktakes at that yard as required

  • Support the Logistics Manager with:

  • Entering cartage advices and EDOs

  • Booking drivers in Cargowise and manifesting in OneStop

  • Perform general administrative tasks using Excel, Word, and Outlook

Requirements

  • Current Forklift License with minimum 2 years' experience
  • Proven warehousing experience, including container unloading
  • C Class driver's license and reliable transport
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Willingness to work between Bibra Lake and Forrestdale sites as required

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Experience using Freight Tracker
  • First Aid certification
  • Fatigue Management training
  • Additional container admin experience
