About the Role

Join Lucid's NSW team as an Operations Support professional and help keep our business running at its best. In this dynamic role, you'll manage and analyse key data across our systems, support business reporting, and contribute to operational improvements that make a real impact.

You'll work closely with leaders and project teams to maintain dashboards, support compliance, and find smarter ways to use data and systems to drive efficiency, accuracy, and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop dashboards in Power BI and Deltek, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.

  • Troubleshoot system or data issues quickly, providing effective solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports to support business performance, OHS, and QMS functions.

  • Analyse information to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.

  • Learn how systems interface and explore creative ways to improve workflows and reporting accuracy.

  • Apply understanding of revenue, profit, and costs to assist in forecasting and business planning.

  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and support the delivery of operational enhancements.
