Belayr Resources, on behalf of a leading underground contractor, is seeking experienced Charge Up Operators to support the development of a new ore body in one of Australia's most established mining regions.

This is a full-time, permanent position on a 14:14 even-time roster with flights from Sydney or Brisbane – or DIDO options available for NSW-based candidates. Lock in stable, long-term work with great conditions and a strong safety culture.


What's on Offer:

  • $61.40 per hour – full-time permanent
  • or $76.25 Casual
  • FIFO from Brisbane or Sydney OR DIDO from regional NSW
  • Camp accommodation and meals provided
  • 2-year fixed contract with potential to extend
  • Join a high-performing underground mining team

Role Duties:

  • Conduct charge-up and blasting activities in development areas
  • Safely manage explosives, storage, and transport
  • Perform pre- and post-blast inspections
  • Work to development plans and targets while maintaining safety
  • Communicate effectively with the shift team and supervisors

What You'll Need:

  • Valid NSW BEUL (Blasting Explosives User Licence)
  • Proven experience in underground charge-up operations
  • Sound knowledge of development and production mining
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Positive, safety-focused work ethic
