Role Description

As a Business Operations Associate Analyst on the APAC Professional Services operations team, you'll play a key role in supporting and improving our Professional Services processes, systems and tools. You will work closely with senior leaders and team members across Professional Services Operations, Delivery, and IT to understand their needs and help design, test, and implement new solutions. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Salesforce and is comfortable working with both standard and custom tools, analysing data, and creating reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Create, maintain and interpret reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau and Excel to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for Professional Services. Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to support daily operations

  • Operational Infrastructure & Process Improvement: Triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimise infrastructure/systems/processes for scale using Google Sheets, SQL, Snowflake, Excel and Tableau.

  • System and Tool Support: Provide ongoing support for existing applications and tools, including data management and reporting. Understand how our tools work and how they can be configured to support our business needs.

  • Project Collaboration: Work with various teams to help design and implement innovative solutions that increase process efficiency. Support projects from initial requirements gathering through to successful implementation.

  • Planning Processes: Support extensive planning process and pivotal initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency, review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design and more.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a business operations or business analyst role, with a focus on tools, processes, and continuous improvement.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau. Solid understanding of cloud computing and the Salesforce product family a plus.

  • Data & Reporting: Proficient in generating reports in Salesforce and advanced knowledge of Excel.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail and quality-oriented approach.

  • Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentations

  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations

  • Resilient Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand

  • Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions

  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency

  • Passionate around quantitative analysis, Excel, and reasoning
