Are you a skilled machine operator looking to make an impact in the pharmaceutical industry? A leading manufacturer is seeking a Shift Machine Operator to join their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a GMP-compliant environment where precision, safety, and quality are paramount.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of pharmaceutical production machinery, including:

  • Tablet Compressing & Coating
  • Hard Capsulation Equipment
  • Powder Mixing/Granulation
  • Liquid/Cream Producing
  • Gummy Machinery

Your role will ensure machines run efficiently and safely, with a strong focus on setup, calibration, quality control, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Set up and calibrate equipment for production runs
  • Conduct regular quality inspections
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
  • Adhere to safety protocols and GMP regulations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Certificate or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience in machine operation within pharmaceutical, food, or similar industries
  • Strong understanding of GMP, TGA, and FDA requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work under pressure
